
Third Annual EU-POP Summer School (10-11 June 2022)
Call for Participation
The School of Law of UCLan Cyprus is pleased to announce its third annual EU-POP Summer School that will take place on the 10th and 11th of June 2022, within the framework of the Jean Monnet Module ‘European Union Law and Governance in Populist Times.’ This year’s Summer School will focus on the ways in which populism poses a threat to the rule of law and other European values. Subject to COVID-19 related measures in force at the time, the Summer School will take place simultaneously on-site at the UCLan Cyprus campus and online via Microsoft Teams (10:00-16:00 Cyprus time).
The Summer School will employ a mélange of formal and non-formal educational methodology, placing the learner at the epicentre of the learning process. It will include a selection of lectures as well as interactive workshops led by imminent experts.
Target Group
PhD students, early career researchers, advanced students in fields such as law, European Studies, sociology, politics, policymakers, members of civil society, stakeholders, professionals.
Costs.
There is no registration cost. All meals are covered.
Flights and accommodation for international participants are not covered.

Please indicate whether you intend to participate in person or online (via MS Teams).
